  • We accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of the original purchase date.

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

    Refund Process:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm receipt of the returned item.

  • If the returned item meets our return criteria, we will process your refund within 2-5 days of receiving the returned item.

  • Keep in mind we use a third party for payment and they have their own processing times as well. Once we refunded on our end it is then in the hands of the payment processors.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returned items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
